In a strange, bizarre way, WWE is at a crossroads with the future direction of their company, and they're solution is to try and go down both roads at the same time. 

Hell in a Cell is a weirdly great example of the phenomenon when you compare the Becky/Charlotte championship match to the Roman/Braun(/Dean/Seth/Dolph/Drew/Brock/Paul/Mick) championship match.
